Analysis of Currently Used Reports

Shared data needs to be correct and on time to be of value within the information supply chain. Data that is most valuable needs to be predictive and forward-looking, rather than historical. Systems mapping and process improvement examines where bottlenecks are, and where the correct information is not getting through to the right persons or groups within your organisation. After mapping is completed, group training is conducted to ensure groups understand their responsibility in providing accurate and on-time information that other groups use. Reports are examined for how they can be simplified and Visual Controls are used where meaningful within the newly created Reports to focus on problems needing attention.
