Meaningful 5S + Safety Programs

Although many factories in Asia have embarked on "5S" or "6S" initiatives, often there is little co-relation to the purpose and ultimate objectives of this work. Asia Management Associates has compiled a "6S" program that always ties into the productivity aspects that such a program should deliver. We also stress the inclusion of the safety aspect in this program, and therefore call our service "5S + Safety".
