Execution is critical

AMA trains your factory in Program Management to keep track of in-place projects through creation of an Operational Excellence Centre (OpEx Room) within your factory. This room becomes your change management hub, with clear Visual Controls to track progress and to identify bottlenecks in a cross-functional context.

Spending as little time in the meeting room as possible and as much time on the factory floor brings in factory-floor encountered situations, and actual user-oriented feedback into the process at every point helps to ensure end-solutions are effective and as simple as possible.
