Our company was founded in Asia to meet the growing needs of international and regional companies needing to improve their Asian manufacturing resources' competitiveness. China, although still competitive in most industries, now faces increasing competition from Vietnam and India. Companies which have built factories in China or have substantial 3rd party sourcing commitments with manufacturing entities in China face increasing pressure to lower costs. Vietnam and India present their own hurdles to ensure that manufacturing located within these countries lives up to the anticipated cost savings.

Management

Our commitment to you centres around our ability to work alongside your local entity's management structure as we assist you in aligning your local manufacturing entity to meet the requirements of your strategic goals. We provide training of all levels of management to handle continuous improvement initiatives and maximise resources and add value to your customer's products. We help your facility to learn to identify waste, and then proceed to help them eliminate it.

Associates

AMA's professionals have the required skills to ensure your factory improves its systems. Our Associates are at least bilingual and work alongside your team, whether it be in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Dongguan, Shenzhen, Bangkok, KhunKaen, or Khorat. We localize our programs to your language, and tailor our programs to meet your unique needs.

Locations

Asia Management Associates is a Hong Kong registered company, and currently has full service offices in the PanYu district of Guangzhou to service locations within China, and an office in Bangkok, Thailand to serve customers in Thailand and Vietnam. Additionally we currently have additional outreach facilities to service customer locations in the Shanghai and Shenzhen areas of China, and in India to support customer locations in India.
